OHzone E-CLIPS : January, 1999 - PAINTING THE DOORPOSTS

CELEBRATION TIME!!! People, I have got to share the Lord's latest message with you! He's coming back soon, as we all know - and guess what?
We're being allowed to meet Him half-way! HALLELUJAH!!! This is the greatest possible honour He could ever bestow on His servants on this planet, and I am ***super-excited*** about it. Thank You, JESUS!!!

So what am I talking about? Simple! We as His servants have been given the incredible privilege of "painting our doorposts" in cyber-space! We in our generation may not just sit idly by waiting for Him to come and rescue us, we can also DO something *actively* to roll out the red carpet for His soon returning. We can light our lamps in the ozone layer (hmmm... or OHzone layer?) and tell the world that OUR King is coming back, exactly as He promised - and we're not afraid of the angels of death of Passover days, because we're standing on the promises of God and trusting Him to guide and protect us. I don't know about you folks, but I for one am with Paul in this:
"I know Whom I have believed in and I'm persuaded that He is able to keep that which I've committed unto Him against that day." -- 2 Tim. 1:12

Anyway, OHzone has now graduated far beyond being "Where Christian Writers Meet" and is now actively involved in "Putting Christian Writers On-Line!" and praising God. Join or not, as He leads you; it's your choice. :-) There are a number of other excellent Christian communities available elsewhere on the net, so by all means check them out! (Pastor Jim Barr's http://net153.com comes immediately to mind.) It doesn't matter where you go, but PLEASE don't pass up this ***incredible*** chance to glorify God and celebrate your faith - and 'according to your faith be it unto you,' because He has promised
"...and I will give unto every one of you according to your works."-- Re 2:23

Whatever you do, don't be caught napping with no oil in your lamps - cuz couch-potato Christians are no Christians at all! (Hey, if you can't be actively involved in any other ministry or outreach, you can ALWAYS participate in an intercessory prayer ministry! Join a prayer chain!! There are some excellent ones on the Net, and every prayer counts. He's working miracles like you wouldn't believe for His praying saints, so GET WITH IT and stop standing around moaning as if the Lord had lost His power to save!!! Put on the full armor of God and ***stand firm*** cuz the fields are white unto harvest and the workers are few. :-(

Okay, I'll get off my soap-box in a minute. Just a couple more things....

Remember a few months ago Denise and I bottomed out our bank accounts to pay the FIRST month's account on our new webhost so that we could offer full-service ad-free webhosting to Christian writers? Well, He has been faithful in this little thing just as truly as He is in every area of our lives, and we can now not only pay each month when it's due, we can actually PREPAY months in advance!!! Thank You, JESUS!!! :-)

And guess what? We aren't just keeping current with these mega-buck payments we're making for Him to keep OHzone out there. Nope! We're prepaying a year in advance - so when He comes back to Rapture us, OHzone will still be on-line after we're gone, to minister to those left behind. Praise the Lord!!!
