When I started writing this issue almost three months ago, I thought the biggest news would be CAPstone WebRing's move to a new Christian ring-server
started by Rudy Brinkman in answer to the Yahoo takeover of WebRing.org. Now it seems
the Lord has MUCH bigger fish to fry these days. Here are a few "fer instance's"...

Well, this was headline news when I started to write this issue back in August, but now it is very 'old hat'. Many thanks to Rudy Brinkman for setting up a Christian alternative to Webring.org at http://Christianwebrings.org. Bless you, Bro! :-))
What an opportunity for the webmasters of strongly evangelical websites to unite their Christian sites for the glory of God. Praise the Lord, people, cuz CHRIST IS KING!!!

We proved that we were willing to sell our beloved Fullmeasure Farm if that was God's will... and He has honoured our willingness by removing that cup from us. Thank You, Jesus! Note: This isn't as outdated as you may think, folks. Read it prayerfully, and you will see what I mean. :-(
I believe there is a mass hysteria among "Christians'
right now. E-mails are flying across the Internet urging
"Christians" to pray and fast and send enormous amounts
of money so that a last minute ditch effort to elect Bush
for President can be conducted in order to swing the key
15 states. I'm talking a $4 million dollar campaign.
Can I just ask a few questions?
- Has anyone ever considered God in this factor? What
if we all fast and pray and God specifically says that it's
Gore He wants in office in order to accomplish His Will
and purpose for this nation...(I would refer you to the
Bible and what God says about Cyrus in Isaiah 44 and 45
and then challenge you to read on about what God says
concerning Himself. He doesn't NEED us in order to bring
His Will to fruition!)
- Since when has apathy and complacency ever been
dealt with when it comes to the "church" and matters of
the Spirit? Now all of a sudden we are being exhorted
by all of these prophecies to vote for Bush and the words
apathy and complacency are key as it relates to voting, not
about the state of the "church".
- What are "Christians" going to do if indeed Gore should
be elected instead of Bush? Is there going to be mass panic
and a sudden falling away from the "faith"? Everyone is all
of a sudden so sure that Bush is God's man for the hour,
simply because he claims to be a Christian. I don't hear any
discussion about having Faith or trusting in God as far as the
outcome of the elections is concerned.
- Why is it imperative that Bush be voted in office? Is it because
the number one reason is life will be better for us as "Christians"?
Maybe these passages should be read on our "National Day of Prayer
and Fasting" Matthew 10:28-39 ~ Isaiah 48:11 ~ Isaiah 55:6-9
and the entire chapter of Isaiah 58!
- Has anyone stopped to contemplate why the state of the "church"
is so pathetic in the Western culture? Why there is so much division
and backbiting and strife and conflict among us? Why "churches" are
continually shutting down and the attendance turnover in most is worse
than that of workers in grocery stores? I wonder if it could it be
because we as a nation are so at ease and well fed and have need of nothing...
especially God? And now that all of our creature comforts as
"Christians" might go down the drain should the terrible Democrats be voted in, there
is a sudden call to prayer and fasting? Where is our faith in God?
Maybe Bush is God's man for the hour, but I would caution each and
every person calling themselves a "Christian" to humble themselves and
pray for the sins of this nation (of which we have had a part); to seek
HIS will and not be a part of this "panic disorder" that has so suddenly
surfaced now that our "Christian values" are in jeopardy, lest we find ourselves
in a greater peril than we ever thought imaginable because our hearts were not
right in the matter.

Ok Prayer Partners I know we can do this.
What is the "Prayeramid"? The prayeramid is a pyramid of prayer, to
raise 10,000 hours of prayer over our nation for national revival.
If one person was to pray for 10,000 hours it would take that person 417
days, 24 hours a day without a break. But if 1,200,000 people pray for
30 seconds each it will add up to 10,000 hours of prayer. Here's how

- That God will cause Prayer to be allowed back in schools.
