ENTERING INTO THE REST OF GOD

(Matthew 11:28-30)
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke [is] easy, and my burden is light.
Entering Into The Rest of God
When things get too hard and you're all burdened down
Go to Jesus; His love for you will abound.
Kneel at the feet of Jesus, and commune with His heart.
Let not the things in this life cause you from Him to depart.
He is gentle, and very kind. Draw from His treasures
He has just for you;
the treasures of earth are meager and few.
Take His hand. He knows the way when you feel lost -
He purchased your life for a treasured cost.
Come sit down beside Him. You are His very own.
Only He knows the way to go Home.
A treasured friend in Him you will find,
Full of mercy, and grace, and treasures to mine.
He owns this earth and all that is within
He paid the price for heartache, and sin
The Shepherd will lead us, the Shepherd will guide
On higher ground He will lift you up to abide.
"Lay your weary head on My breast.
"Come, My child; I will give you rest.
"Come here, My child, I will comfort you.
"Come here, My child, I will comfort you."

Entering Into The Rest Of God
What does it take to enter into God's rest, to find that perfect place of peace in our lives?
a place where we are no longer wrestling with the Holy Spirit in regards to our position or condition in our lives?
In those times when we may feel abandoned to the lonely places, where our only companion is Jesus Christ, our Lord. In the uncomfortable places of self-crucifixion, standing before the King in total surrender.
It is no longer I, God, but You in me fully, completely, and totally.
A place where we are naked, and bare, before the One we know and love.
Stripped of our good works, our ministry, our position in the kingdom of God.
A place where our sins are dealt with on a daily basis. A place where we can not hide behind the masks of pretentious claims of fame.
Hmm... Think on that!
What a glorious position in the presence of our Lord and King!
A place where we squirm uncomfortably as God deals with our innermost being,
Looking in every room of our hearts, cleansing and sweeping away all the things that separate us from Him.
A place where we are crucified daily in our flesh. A place where His glorious anointing begins to mold us into the beautiful spiritual being that we are meant to be in Him.
I call this the Christian’s crucible, where we daily grow less and Christ begins to grow and develop and be seen shining in and through our lives. Amen!!!.
There must be a crucifixion before the glorification can come through us.
We then become one being, totally surrendered to God and His will for our life.
I will surrender. My self can not remain,
Only in His glory can my life change.
When we go to Jesus at His call, and when He says, "Come and learn of Me, for I am meek, and lowly in heart." When we hang with Jesus day after day - then we begin to know what it is to be meek and lowly of heart.
All of our burdens begin to melt away. The heavy yoke of our own works begins to fall off of our lives. All the hidden places begin to become apparent to us in our lives.
As we surrender wholly to His will and His ways, we truly become free to move about as He leads us day by day,
knowing that without Jesus in our lives, where would we go?
Without His yoke and burden, we become entangled in doing our own thing, even though we tell ourselves we are doing it all for the Lord!
The only work that truly shines through is when we are surrendered to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
To truly be like Christ we must put on Christ daily.
We must surrender to Christ daily, allowing Him to become greater in our lives as we become less.
Are you weary, His beloved child?
If you are, hear the Lord Jesus Christ calling out to you, "Come and learn of Me, for I am meek and lowly of heart."
AMEN! AMEN!
This lesson came to me from the Lord as a point of learning how He was moving in my life.
As He is continually changing us from glory, to glory, we no longer need to struggle, or argue with the Lord in concerns of what we may want for ourselves.
Learning to lean, and wait upon His timing, Oh what peace has filled my soul!
AMEN!! AMEN!!!
In the depths of my crucibles,
I can truly cry out, "More of You, Lord, and a whole lot less of me."

(Romans 13:14)
But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make
not provision for the flesh, to [fulfil] the lusts [thereof].
(Ephesians 4:24), (Galatians 3:27)
"Come away, My beloved, and find rest in Me"
"I see your minds are weary;
Your thoughts are as troubled as the billows of the sea.
Come now, My children; give it all to Me
Lay all your burdens down at My feet, and I will set you free.
"I see those tear drops forming in your eyes and the quivering of your lip.
Do not give up; I will never allow you to be caught in Satan's grip.
"Let go of all your sorrow; never let your hurts remain.
I will give you rest in Jesus' Holy Name
"Come and cast all your burdens on Me.
I will give you deliverance from every trial, set you free.
"There are circumstances that will try to bring you down
and in your heart bring pain.
Please do not worry, or allow your fears to remain.
"Come away, My beloved, and find your rest in Me.
Give Me all your burdens, and things that weigh you down,
and come find your peace in Me.
Peace! Peace!
To those who are near and those who are far away."
